1.Clean and environmental protection

The limit device of the HLM mill ensures that the grinding disc and the grinding roller do not contact during the working process,with low vibration and low noise.

The limit device prevents the direct contact of the grinding roller and the grinding disc,and can be started without load,without the need for distributing materials before starting the machine;

External independent thin oil lubrication station is installed to facilitate oil replacement.Both the reducer and the roller bearings are lubricated with forced thin oil,which takes away a lot of heat while lubricating and improves the service life of the reducer and roller bearings;

The hydraulic maintenance device can easily tum the grinding roller out of the machine,and the replacement of the grinding roller sleeve and the maintenance of the grinding roller are convenient and quick.

4. Product quality is stable and reliable

Adopt dynamic and high-efficiency powder separator,with concentrated particle size distribution,good particle shape, frequency conversion speed regulation,and easy adjustment of product fineness;

At the same time of grinding,the finished product is selected in time,which reduces the residence time and cycle times in the material mill,and the finished product has less pollution and high quality.

5. Low comprehensive investment cost

Due to the integration of grinding,grading,drying and conveying,the process is simple,the layout is compact,the floor area is small,and it can be arranged in the open air, reducing the construction cost;

With drying function,it can be ventilated with hot air,and it can be directly and repeatedly contacted with powdery materials for drying in the mill,saving a set of drying equipment.By adjusting the hot air temperature,it can meet the drying requirements of materials with different humidity, and can meet the drying requirements of materials with humidity up to 15%.
